Our Return Policy
We want you to be stoked on everything you get from Ridge Design. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, email us at support@ridgedesign.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color? We're happy to exchange items within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Reach out to us and we'll sort it out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
